East Winds School of T'ai Chi Ch'uan
Based in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland, East Winds provides training in traditional Yang Family
Tai Chi, for a variety of students.

Alistair Sutherland, the Chief Instructor, is a Registered Instructor with the T'ai Chi Union for Great Britain and Professional Instructor member of Fitness Scotland and listed on the National Register. He is also a member of the International Yang Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan Association and a Director of Taijiscotland, an organisation that arranges Tai Chi seminars in Fife, with leading Taijiquan Instructors
from the UK and Europe.

The school also organises one to one training and seminars for industry, and regular classes also working with organisations, including Fife Health
Board Primary Care Trust in the
training of health professionals
in Taiji and Qigong.
